A 1979 temple in the middle of the commercial district that chose to look a thousand years old — built in the traditional Kalinga idiom but finished in vivid red and gold rather than bare stone. Seven shrines sit inside one compound, so a visit is a circuit rather than a single queue. It is free, central, and much more alive after dark than during the day.

The temple closes for a long midday break — darshan runs 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. An early-afternoon visit will find the gates shut.
