Planning a visit to Lingaraj Temple
The largest and most important temple in Bhubaneswar’s old town, and the clearest single example of mature Kalinga architecture in the city. It anchors a dense cluster of older shrines, so the walk through the surrounding lanes is worth as much as the temple itself — don’t drive straight back out.
